Return & Exchange Policy

Begin the countdown! The moment you receive your order you have a total of 7 days to request a return or a swap IF:

■ The item you received is incorrect damaged or defective.

■ The item is still sealed has never been opened and is in a pristine condition in the original packaging.

Important: Once a mystery box is opened we do not take it back The bling draw is a collectible. Once opened the box is considered final.

Do NOT return:

■ Opened blind boxes.

■ Items with final sale tags.

■ Preorder exclusives or mini editions.

■ Gift vouchers or links to digital content.

■ Items where packaging is considered defective or causes the item(s) to be deemed damaged.

In order to report defective or incorrect items, do this within 7 days. You will need to include:

■ your order number

■ an image of the item(s) and box it was shipped in

■ an explanation of the issue (1 sentence is fine).

You will be able to choose a replacement (if there is stock) a credit for the store, or a full refund depending on the situation and stock.

Returning items:

If your return is approved, we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for you to follow.

Write the RAN on the box’s top edge. Make sure the item is wrapped securely and drop it off.

If the return shipment is due to no error on our part, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Return Policy

Refunds are processed to the payment method used for the purchase You can expect your refund within 5 to 10 business days after our return center confirms and accepts your return.

We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for identical replacements for items received defective or damaged. For any item that is out of stock, we will give you the option for a refund or store credit.

If you initiated a refund request more than 10 business days ago and it’s still not in your account:

Make sure to check the payment method (credit or bank account) used to acquire the refund.

The bank or card provider need to be contacted since the refund might be stuck in their end.
