Return & Exchange Policy

Starts the clock: you have seven days from the day you get your order to request a return or swap if:

■ the item sent is the wrong one, is damaged, or has a flaw.
■ the item is unopened, unused, minty fresh, and stays in the original box.

Heads up: once a mystery box is opened, we don’t take it back. Those blings are collectible surprises, and opened ones read as final.

Don’t Return This Stuff:

■ opened blind boxes.
■ items marked final sale.
■ preorder-exclusive or tiny-edition releases.
■ gift cards or digital-content links.
■ items the packaging left broken or deemed defective.

Report flaws or errors within seven days. Include:

■ your order number.
■ clear pics of the product and box it came in.
■ a one-line note of the issue.

Depending on stock and the situation, you can pick a replacement, a credit for the store, or a full refund.

How to Return:

Before you send a box anywhere, buzz us at info@peachriotfigures.com.

If we clear the return, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a step-by-step to follow.

Write the RAN on the outside of the box. Wrap the item tight, and drop away.

When an incorrect or faulty item hasn’t been sent, the return shipping cost falls to you.

Refund Processing

Once the return is checked and approved, the corresponding refund will be sent back to the same payment method in 5 to 10 business days.

You‘ll be informed as soon as the refund has gone through.

Replacement

Only items that arrived faulty or damaged may be exchanged for an exact duplicate. For any item that’s out of stock, you may select either a refund or store credit.

Refunds That Do Not Arrive

If the refund was initiated more than 10 business days ago and you have not seen it:

Double-check the payment method (credit or bank account).

Contact your bank or card provider, as the processing may be in their system.
